The GuidePoint Security 2019 Golf Invitational
Began with soliciting sponsorships from what up ended up to be 45 Vendors
- Emails to clients and prospects inviting them to join us at the event. We ultimately ended up with 200 golfers between clients and vendors. The event included multiple email blasts to both clients and vendors regarding event logistics and details such as lodging. We had landing pages for each where registration was processed and information was collected including shirt sizes, golf club rentals and what not.
It took a village to pull this off with help from a number of staff at check-in to help organize golf carts, nametags and the distribution of swag. Everyone received a copy of our Golf Directory that included the agenda for the day and sponsorship information.
All vendors had a proof of performance requirements and signage. Our title sponsor Agari had serious signage all over the venue and golf course.
